Deposits/Payment

Upon contracting with us, 28806 requires a 50% non-refundable security deposit with an estimated guest count and confirmed date. If the final guest count causes the total event cost to fall below the 50% deposit, we do not refund of remaining deposit.

The final number of guests is due 14 working days prior to the event.

The balance shall be paid prior to the night of the event.

Should the final guarantee not be received 14 working days prior to the event, the estimated number of guests shall be the basis for the billing charges.

Any change to event must be in writing 5 days prior to the event.

All serviced events are subject to an 18% gratuity fee.

We accept Cash, all Major Credit Cards or Check.

Cancellations

If the event is canceled 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of the event and the event is rescheduled, you will be charged 70%.

If the event is canceled the day of the event, you will be charged 100%.
